this piece is a 16x20 acrylic on canvas. this was my first acrylic painting in about 8 or 9 years, and i was terrified of that blank canvas. i wanted to create something light and fun. this started the idea of a collection of “rituals” where i would paint the small rituals of everyday. here we have the ritual of eating breakfast or brunch, and a much needed coffee with fabulous latte art might i add…
